WEWM Represents at Pacific Grove Library

How many other libraries can claim a stunning view of the rugged and alluring Pacific Ocean?

Pacific Grove Library is certainly one. And Well Earth Well Me! represents at this lovely place. Mission-style architecture that on many days is set against a brilliant blue backdrop, this the library boasts a rich history dating back to 1886. With the peaceful ambiance of a village chapel, buy information pills the Pacific Grove Library is literally a literary haven. I especially enjoyed the John Steinbeck section and promptly checked out Cannery Row as I meander through the remaining brilliance of Steinbeck that since young adulthood I have yet to devour. Next up, page Sweet Thursday.

And today, with Children’s Librarian, Ms. Jackson, I scheduled a reading on Earth Day, April 22, starting at 4:10 PM. School-aged children are welcome to join in on the fun! My readings take a positive and sing-songy approach, through rhymes and images, to caring for the earth, self and others with an intention to foster awareness and to empower children. See you there!
